Platform Operators

The Platform Operator is the INBULK Group legal entity that enters into the Accession Agreement with a Company User. For each country it is named by the Country Addendum applicable to the User’s country of registration (clauses 1.2 and 2.1 of the Main Agreement). Below is the list of Operators by country with the details printed in the Addenda themselves.

For a particular Company User, the Operator is the one specified in its Statement of Accession and the applicable Addendum (clause 15.10). Payment details are not given here: they are specified only in a duly issued invoice, Service Order or payment instruction.

The Platform policies (the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Artificial Intelligence Policy) refer to this page: the Operator named here for the User’s country is the controller of personal data and the addressee of enquiries under those policies.
