A single list of the documents governing the use of the Platform: name, code, number of the edition in force, date of entry into force and a link to the edition itself. The address of this section is set by clause 1.3.2 of the Terms of Use of the Platform.

The edition number links to a permanent link: the text behind it stays unchanged after the next edition is released. It is this link that is stated in the Statement of Accession. The canonical address of a document always shows the edition in force.

The “draft” mark means that the document is published for information and is not an edition in force until the Operator confirms it. An empty date of entry into force means that it has not yet been confirmed; until then, the verifiable fact is the date of publication.

The terms of individual transactions, Special Terms and documents relating to a specific Business, Service Order or Auction are available to the User on the Platform before the relevant Legally Significant Action is performed and are not published in this register.

Platform Operators

The Platform Operator for a Company User is named by the Country Addendum applicable to its country of registration. The Platform Operators Page within the meaning of clause 2.1 of the Main Agreement, with the list of Operators by country, their details and the applicable addenda, is published as a separate page of this register:

The page is informational and is not part of the Agreement; in the event of a discrepancy, the applicable Country Addendum prevails.
