User Registration on the INBULK Platform

Registration is required to gain access to the personal cabinet and features of the INBULK platform — grain trading, logistics, storage, and other agricultural market services.

💡 Received an invite link? If a company invited you to join the platform, see the Invite Registration guide for a simplified registration process.


1. Navigate to the Registration Form

Open the page:

https://app.inbulk.com/login
  1. At the bottom of the form, click “Register”
  2. A window will open with a button “Register via SMS”
  3. Click this button

2. Enter Phone Number

  1. In the “Phone” field, enter your number in international format (for example, +380...)

📱 Important: Currently, only Ukrainian numbers are supported. Other countries will be added later.

  1. Click “Send Code”
  2. You will receive an SMS with a four-digit confirmation code on your number

⏱️ Tip: If the SMS doesn’t arrive — wait 1 minute, after which you can send it again.


3. Confirm SMS Code

  1. In the field with 4 boxes, enter the received code
  2. Click “Continue”
  3. If the code is correct — the system will take you to account creation

4. Create User Account

Fill in the required fields:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email — must be unique (not previously used on the platform)
  • Password — at least 8 characters, must contain:
    • 1 uppercase letter
    • 1 lowercase letter
    • 1 digit
  • Confirm Password

Check the box next to:

I confirm that I have read and agree to the Rules and Privacy Policy

Click “Continue”.


5. Select Company Profile

Specify your company parameters:

  • Country — for example, Ukraine
  • Currency — for example, UAH — Ukrainian hryvnia
  • Company Activity Type — you can select multiple options:
    • Production
    • Trading
    • Logistics
    • Warehouse Services
    • Other

After selection, click “Continue”.


6. Upload Electronic Digital Signature Key

At this stage, you need to upload the electronic digital signature key of your company (EDS).

Option 1: With EDS

  1. Click “Upload Electronic EDS Key”
  2. After reading the key, the system will automatically generate a PDF contract with the INBULK platform

Option 2: Without EDS

If you click “Skip”:

  • The system will create a temporary placeholder company
  • The contract will not be signed
  • You will still get access to the personal cabinet

🔮 Future Features:

  • Authorization through “Diia”
  • Company EDRPOU verification — if data doesn’t match, the system will warn the user

7. Complete Registration

✅ After successful contract signing, the user lands on the main page of the application.

✅ The account is created automatically along with the user’s company.

💡 Tips

  • ✓ Prepare your phone number in advance, one that receives SMS
  • ✓ Use corporate email to create a company account
  • ✓ If you don’t have an EDS yet, you can complete registration without it — the contract can be signed later

🎯 Result

After completing all steps, the user receives:

✅ An active account on the INBULK platform

✅ A created company in the system

(Optional) A signed contract with the platform using EDS


User Authorization

Authorization is needed to log into the personal cabinet and gain access to the features of the INBULK platform — creating agreements, managing the company, viewing analytics, etc.


1. Navigate to the Authorization Form

Open the page:

https://app.inbulk.com/login

The screen will display a login form for the platform with two tabs:

  • 📧 Email
  • 📱 Phone

2. Login Options

🔹 Login by Email

  1. Select the Email tab
  2. Enter:
    • Email that you specified during registration
    • Password that you created
  3. Click “Login”

🔹 Login by Phone Number

  1. Select the Phone tab
  2. Enter:
    • Phone Number (in international format, for example, +380...)
    • Password
  3. Click “Login”

3. View Password

In the “Password” field, there is an “eye” icon 👁️ — clicking on it, you can temporarily show the hidden password to check if it’s entered correctly.


4. Authorization Result

5. Password Recovery

If you forgot your password — click the “Forgot Password?” link under the login form.

You will be redirected to the password recovery page (described in the next section of the documentation).

💡 Tips

  • 🔐 If you frequently log in from one device — use a password manager
  • 🚫 Don’t share your password with other users
  • 🖥️ If logging in from a public computer — after finishing work, click “Logout” in the profile

🎯 Summary

After successful authorization, the user gains access to:

✅ Personal Cabinet

✅ Company created during registration

✅ All services of the INBULK platform


Password Recovery

This section will help you recover access to your account if you forgot your password or cannot log into the system.


1. Navigate to Recovery Page

Open the login page:

https://app.inbulk.com/login
  1. Click the “Forgot Password?” link under the authorization form
  2. The “Forgot Password?” page will open with a field for entering your email address

2. Enter Email Address

  1. In the Email field, enter the address you used during registration
  2. Click “Send Link”

⚠️ Important: If you enter an address that doesn’t exist in the system, the message will not be sent.


3. Receive Password Reset Email

After submitting the form, an email will be sent to the specified address:

The email contains:

  • 📄 Text message about the password reset request
  • 🔗 Active “Reset Password” link to go to creating a new password
  • ⏱️ Information that the link is valid for 1 hour

💡 Tip: If you didn’t send a request — simply ignore this email.


4. Set New Password

  1. Follow the link from the email
  2. A page will open with a form for creating a new password
  3. Enter a new password and confirm it

🔐 Security Requirements:

  • At least 8 characters
  • One uppercase letter
  • One lowercase letter
  • One digit

After successful update, you will be able to log into your account with the new credentials.


5. Resend Email

If the email didn’t arrive:

  1. Go to the “Password Recovery” page
  2. Click “Send Again” — the system will resend the email to your address

6. Contact Technical Support

If the email doesn’t arrive or you don’t have access to email:

  1. Click the “Technical Support” link
  2. A form will open with fields:
    • Name
    • Email
    • Phone
    • Message (description of the problem)
  3. Click “Send”

Support specialists will contact you shortly.

💡 Tips

  • 📧 If using corporate email, make sure emails from @robro.dev are not blocked by the server
  • 🚫 Don’t forward the recovery email to third parties — this could give them access to your account
  • 🔑 For reliability, use a unique password that you don’t use on other platforms

🎯 Summary

After completing these steps, the user:

✅ Recovers access to their account

✅ Creates a new secure password

✅ Can continue working on the INBULK platform
