Order Templates
Order Templates on the INBULK platform allow you to save frequently used order configurations for quick reuse. Instead of filling out the entire order creation form every time, you can save your settings as a template and apply them with one click β significantly speeding up the order creation process.

Order Templates are saved configurations of order creation forms that store all your product, delivery, pricing, and payment settings. They are designed for users who regularly create similar orders.

When to Save
After successfully creating an order, the platform offers you the option to save the order configuration as a template.

- Complete the order creation process and submit your order
- After the order is created, a βSave as Templateβ dialog appears
- Enter a template name β choose a descriptive name (e.g., βWheat FOB Odessa Q3β)
- Select the ownership scope:

π 4. Using Templates
Applying a Template
- Navigate to Order Creation page
- Look for the Template selector at the top of the form
- Browse available templates from the dropdown:
- Personal templates β your saved templates
- Company templates β templates shared by your team
- Click on a template to auto-fill the order creation form
- Review and modify any fields as needed
- Complete the order creation as usual
After Applying
- All form fields are populated with the templateβs saved values
- You can edit any field before submitting β the template is just a starting point
- The original template remains unchanged when you modify form values

Viewing Templates
Templates are available through the API and the order creation interface:
- Personal templates β visible only to the user who created them
- Company templates β visible to all employees with order creation permissions
Editing Templates
- Access the template management section
- Select the template you want to modify

Deleting Templates
- Find the template you want to remove
- Click the Delete action
- Confirm the deletion
