When you log into the INBULK platform for the first time, an interactive guided tour walks you through the key features. The tour highlights the most important areas of the platform to help you get started quickly.

What is the Onboarding Tour?

The onboarding tour is a step-by-step guided tutorial that appears automatically on your first login. It highlights key platform sections with tooltips, helping you understand where things are and how to get started.

When Does It Start?

• The tour starts automatically when you first visit the Dashboard after registration
• It only runs once — after completion (or skipping), it won’t appear again
• Your completion status is saved locally in your browser

💡 Tip: Take a couple of minutes to go through all the steps. It provides a quick overview of the platform’s main capabilities.

📋 2. Tour Steps

The tour consists of 4 steps that guide you across three main pages of the platform:

Step 1: Dashboard — Your Control Center

• Page: Dashboard
• What it highlights: The analytics and control panel
• Message: Learn how to control your company’s activities in one place
• The Dashboard shows your trading activity, delivery progress, finances, stocks, and regional performance

Step 2: Company Profile Setup

• Page: Trade Board
• What it highlights: Your company profile settings
• Message: Set up your company profile by adding:
  • Delivery points — for fast creation of delivery terms in orders
  • Bank details — for creating invoices automatically
• This step emphasizes the importance of completing your profile before trading

Step 3: Trading Board

• Page: Trade Board
• What it highlights: The order marketplace
• Message: Learn how to create orders, find trades, and participate in trading
• The Trading Board is where all buy and sell orders are listed

Step 4: Business Execution

• Page: Business Board
• What it highlights: The business management area
• Message: Learn how to execute your deals:
  • Share and sign documents
  • Find and nominate transport
  • Manage balance and payments
• This is where you manage all your active business deals

🎮 3. Navigation Controls

During the tour, you have the following controls:

Visual Behavior

• The current element is highlighted with a spotlight effect
• The rest of the page is dimmed to focus your attention
• A tooltip with the step description appears next to the highlighted element
• Page scrolling is disabled during the tour to prevent confusion

🔄 4. Tour Behavior

Automatic Page Navigation

The tour automatically navigates you between pages:

Dashboard → Trade Board → Business Board

You don’t need to navigate manually — the tour handles page transitions for you.

Completion

• After completing or skipping the tour, your status is saved
• The tour will not appear again on subsequent logins
• You can continue exploring the platform freely after the tour ends

⚠️ Important: If you clear your browser data (cookies and local storage), the tour may appear again on your next login.

• ✓ Pay attention to Step 2 (Company Profile) — setting up delivery points and bank details first will make order creation much smoother
