INBULK.COM Tariffs

This document constitutes the tariffs within the meaning of the Accession Agreement to which the User has acceded.

1. Fees for access to the Platform

1.1. As at the date of this edition, access to the INBULK.COM Platform and use of its functionality are free of charge.

1.2. The Platform Operator charges no fee for, in particular:

• registration and creation of an Account;
• accreditation of a User company and verification of Authorised Users;
• creating, publishing, amending and Accepting Orders;
• participation in Auctions and Tenders, including the use of Auto-Bidding;
• forming a Business, a Business Confirmation and a Contract using the forms available on the Platform;
• submitting Service Requests and forming Service Orders;
• notices, chat and communication within the Platform;
• use of the AI assistant;
• storage of documents, access to the archive of operations and export of the User’s own data.

1.3. This absence of charge is not a time-limited promotion, is not limited by the number of operations, the volume of Goods or the value of Businesses, and requires no separate confirmation. It applies until the next edition of this document takes effect in the manner set out in section 3.

2. Cost of services

2.1. This document does not establish the cost of services provided by Contractors, Third-Party Providers or legal entities of the INBULK Group — in particular transhipment, storage, forwarding, carriage, survey, fumigation, customs clearance, agency and other services.

2.2. The cost of such services is determined individually for each Service Request or Service Order.

2.3. Before the submission of a Service Request that permits the automatic formation of a chargeable Service Order, or before a separate Acceptance, the User is shown the full cost or the manner of its determination. 2.4. The absence of a fee for access to the Platform does not make such services free of charge and does not release the User from paying for them on the agreed terms.

3. Introduction and change of fees

3.1. The Platform Operator has the right to introduce a fee for access to the Platform or for individual services of the Platform, or to change a fee previously introduced, having given the User prior notice.

3.2. A new or amended fee applies only to services, Service Requests or operations initiated after it takes effect.

3.3. The introduction or change of a fee does not alter the cost of a Business already concluded or of a Service Order already formed, without a separate Acceptance by the relevant parties.

3.4. Each edition of this document has its own edition number and date. Which edition applies to a particular operation is established from the data recorded by the Platform before the relevant Legally Significant Action is performed.
